Custom Bench Top Machining Solutions
As many of these projects are considered proprietary by the owners we make them for, a CAD type representation is featured here. In this case you don't have to tell us what you need made, just tell us what machined features you need to end up with and we will take it from there. You'll be machining your own parts in house in no time
MICRO MACHINING
Micro machining is one of our specialities. We can make the smallest of parts with the tightest of tolerances even in hardened tool steels, or solid carbide.
MACHINING
Our machining capabilities range from micro to small size. With our combination of standard machine tools and tool and cutter grinders we can take on projects that most others can not.
CAM RELIEVING CAPABILITIES
Our progressive cam relieving equipment allows us to sharpen/create essentially all cam relieved cutting tools such as Taps, counter sink, counter bores, O-ring boss cutters and many many more. Because we have the swivel base and tail stock there is very little we can't do.
INTERNAL GRINDING
We do a wide variety of internal grinding from reaching deep into small diameter bores to simply refreshing a HHS split adjustable threading die(As shown in photo)
POPULAR CUTTING TOOLS
We are set up to sharpen all annular cutters regardless of number of flutes, diameter, length or condition. Worst case we'll cut the bad end off and start from scratch.
Some of the tools we can sharpen HSS, Carbide, Makes no Difference to us.
